For property searches, the portals are hard to beat, and that is fine. Where your own website can compete is with people looking for an agent: estate agents in a town, letting agents near me or a house valuation. That is where we focus.
Property advertising must not mislead, which covers listings, prices and claims about your agency. National Trading Standards guidance sets out the material information listings should include, and agents must belong to a redress scheme such as The Property Ombudsman. Claims like 'top selling agent' need evidence. Your compliance lead should review content before publishing.
Each page needs something specific: your knowledge of the local market, the streets and property types you sell, schools or transport links. If we cannot say something useful about an area, we would rather not build the page.
Reviews are one of the factors in local search, and they strongly influence which agent a vendor contacts. We help you set up a simple process for asking for genuine reviews. We never write or incentivise fake ones.
Local visibility can start to improve within a few months, but competitive towns take longer. We agree realistic milestones based on your branches, areas and competition.
