Paid Social

Paid social that earns its place in the budget.

We run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms, choosing channels by where your buyers spend time and tracking each one through to enquiries and sales.

Paid Social

Pick the right platform first

Social advertising is not one channel. Meta suits consumer audiences and visual products. LinkedIn reaches professionals by job title and industry. Spreading a budget thinly across every platform rarely works for anyone.

We start by working out where your customers are and what a lead or sale is worth to you, then recommend the platforms that fit. Creative, targeting, tracking and reporting are handled in-house, so paid social works alongside your search and website activity instead of sitting in a silo.

Who it’s for

Is paid social right for your business?

  • Businesses unsure which social platforms are worth paying for
  • Firms running social ads on several platforms with no clear view of what works
  • Brands launching products, services or events that need reach quickly
  • Advertisers whose search campaigns have hit a ceiling and need new audiences

What’s included

What our paid social service covers

  • Platform selection

An honest recommendation on which platforms suit your audience and budget, including where not to spend.

  • Audience strategy

Prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences planned as one system, so people see the right message at the right stage.

  • Creative production

Video, images and copy made in-house and adapted for each platform's formats, not one ad resized everywhere.

  • Consent-aware tracking

Platform pixels and conversion APIs set up through your consent banner, with advertising tags only firing after consent.

  • Testing

Structured tests of creative, audiences and offers, so decisions are based on results rather than opinion.

  • Cross-platform reporting

One report showing what each platform costs and brings in, alongside your search and website data.

Which social platform should we advertise on?

It depends on who you sell to. For consumer products and local services, Facebook and Instagram are usually the starting point; see our Meta ads page. For B2B buyers, LinkedIn's job title and industry targeting is often worth its higher cost; see our LinkedIn ads page. We recommend platforms after understanding your customers.

How is paid social different from social media management?

Social media management covers your organic posts, community and profiles. Paid social is advertising: spending budget to put targeted ads in front of specific audiences. The two work best together, and we can do both, but they are measured differently.

Does paid social work for B2B?

It can. LinkedIn is built for reaching professionals, and Meta can work for some B2B offers, particularly retargeting people who have already visited your website. The key is realistic expectations about lead volume and cost, and tracking through to deals.

How much should we spend on paid social?

Enough for each platform to learn and for the results to mean something. Testing too many platforms on a small budget usually produces inconclusive data. We would rather start with one or two platforms properly funded and expand once they are working.

How do you measure paid social?

On enquiries, sales and cost per result, using platform data alongside GA4 and your own sales records. Reach and engagement are useful signals, but they are not the goal. We report what each platform is bringing in for the money spent.
