Construction Website Design
Your website is part of the tender
Construction work is rarely won on a website, but it is often lost on one. A buyer hears your name, looks you up and finds a dated site with three photos and no projects. You do not make the shortlist, and you never find out why.
We build construction websites around what buyers actually check: the work you have delivered, the sectors you work in, the accreditations you hold and whether you can handle a job of their size. Then we make it easy to request a capability statement or start a conversation.
Who it’s for
Does this sound like your business?
- Contractors bidding for commercial, public sector or framework work
- Specialist subcontractors who need to look credible to main contractors
- Builders and developers moving into larger, higher-value projects
- Firms whose best projects are not on the website because it is too hard to update
What’s included
What we build into a construction website
-
Project case studies
A simple way to publish projects by sector, value band and location, with photos, scope and outcome, so buyers see relevant work first.
-
Sector and service pages
Separate pages for the sectors and services you want more of, rather than one long list of everything you do.
-
Accreditations you hold
A clear, checkable display of the schemes and certifications you actually hold, linked to the issuer where possible.
-
Capability downloads
Capability statements, policies and health and safety information ready for procurement teams to download.
-
Supply chain and careers
Forms for subcontractor registration and job applications, so you can recruit and build your supply chain from the same site.
-
Easy project updates
A WordPress back end your team can use to add a finished project in minutes, from the office or site.
Our approach
How we work
Diagnose first, then prescribe.
-
Understand how you win work
Which clients, sectors and contract types matter, and what buyers ask for at pre-qualification.
-
Gather the evidence
Projects, photos, accreditations and policies collected and checked, so the site shows real, current proof.
-
Design for credibility
A structure that leads with relevant projects and capability, approved by you before the build.
-
Build and hand over
WordPress build with training, so your team can keep projects and news up to date.
-
Support after launch
Thirty days of fixes, then maintenance to keep the site secure and current.
Why OMS
Why businesses choose us
-
We start with your pipeline
We ask what work you want more of before we design anything, then build the site around it.
-
Proof over adjectives
We would rather publish five well-documented projects than a page of claims nobody can check.
-
Ready for search
Project and sector pages are planned with our SEO team, so they can also help you be found for that work.

We do not have professional project photos. Is that a problem?
It helps to have good photography, but it is not a blocker. We can plan the site so it works with what you have now and make it easy to add better images as projects complete.
Can you show our accreditations?
Yes, the ones you hold. We display them clearly and link to the issuing body where it offers verification. We will not add logos for schemes you are not part of.
Can we publish projects ourselves?
Yes. We set up a simple project template in WordPress and show your team how to use it, so adding a case study does not need a developer.
Should commercial and domestic work share one website?
Often yes, with clearly separated sections, because the buyers ask different questions. We look at your work mix during discovery and recommend the structure that suits it.
How long does a construction website take?
It depends on the number of pages, projects and features, and how quickly content is ready. We set out a realistic timeline in the proposal once we understand the scope.
