Estate Agent Website Design

Estate agent websites that win more instructions.

Portals bring buyers. Your own website has to win the sellers and landlords. We build agency websites that showcase stock, earn valuation requests and keep your compliance information in order.

Estate Agent Website Design

Buyers come from portals. Instructions come from you.

Most buyers and tenants start on the property portals. Vendors and landlords behave differently: they research local agents, look at what you have sold or let, check your fees and reviews, then book a valuation. That is the visitor your website has to win.

We build estate agent websites that pull listings from your property software, make property search pleasant on a phone and put valuation requests front and centre. Regulatory information, from redress scheme membership to lettings fees and material information, is planned into the design.

Who it’s for

Does your agency need this?

  • Independent sales and lettings agents competing with larger brands for instructions
  • Agencies whose website listings are slow to update or out of step with the portals
  • Multi-branch agents needing branch pages, staff and local stock in one site
  • Lettings agents who need fees, redress and client money protection shown properly

What’s included

What we build into an estate agent website

  • Property feed and search

Listings fed from your property software where it allows, with search and filters that work well on a phone.

  • Property detail pages

Galleries, floorplans, key and material information, and a viewing request that captures the right details.

  • Valuation journeys

Valuation request forms on every relevant page, routed to the right branch or valuer.

  • Area and branch pages

Pages that show your knowledge of the areas you cover, with branch contacts and local stock.

  • Regulatory information

Redress scheme membership, lettings fees and client money protection details where required.

  • Landlord services

Clear pages explaining your lettings and management services, with fees and a landlord enquiry route.

Can you connect our property software to the website?

Usually, if your provider offers a feed or API, which most agency platforms do. We confirm the available options during discovery before we quote.

What information must agents show on their website?

Lettings agents must publish their fees, redress scheme and client money protection details. All agents should show material information on listings in line with National Trading Standards guidance. Your compliance lead should confirm the detail.

Will the website compete with the portals?

It does not need to. Portals are where most buyers search. Your website supports them by winning vendor and landlord trust and giving portal visitors a reason to choose you.

Can we show sold and let properties?

Yes, where your feed supports it and the information is accurate. Recently sold or let properties are useful evidence for vendors comparing agents.

Can each branch manage its own content?

Yes. WordPress user roles let branches update their own pages and news, with approval if you want it.
