Automotive SEO
Your stock changes every week. Your SEO has to keep up.
Vehicle buyers search in a very particular way. They type a make, a model, a body type, a budget or a location, then compare dealers side by side before they pick up the phone. If your stock pages are thin, slow or vanish the moment a vehicle sells, the visibility you built for them goes too.
We build automotive SEO around how your dealership actually sells: new, used, commercial or specialist vehicles, plus servicing and parts where they matter. The aim is more qualified enquiries for the vehicles you want to shift, measured in calls, forms and appointments, not just rankings.
Who it’s for
Is automotive SEO right for your dealership?
- Franchised and independent dealers who lean too heavily on marketplace listings for leads
- Truck, van and specialist vehicle dealers selling to trade buyers across the UK or overseas
- Dealerships whose website enquiries dropped after a redesign, a stock system change or a Google update
- Groups with service, MOT and parts departments that deserve their own local visibility
What’s included
What automotive SEO includes
-
Stock and model page structure
Make, model and body type pages organised so they hold their value in search as individual vehicles sell and new stock arrives.
-
Technical fixes for stock feeds
Vehicle feeds often create duplicate, thin or expired pages. We tidy indexing, speed and structured data so search engines see your best pages.
-
Local visibility for each site
Google Business Profile, location pages and reviews for every showroom, service centre or depot you want customers to find.
-
Buyer-focused content
Guides, comparisons and warranty explainers that answer the questions buyers ask before choosing a dealer.
-
Digital PR and links
Stories that earn coverage in trade and national press, building the authority your site needs to compete.
-
Enquiry tracking
Calls, forms and test drive requests tracked back to the searches and pages that produced them.
Our approach
How we work
Diagnose first, then prescribe.
-
Understand your sales mix
Which vehicles, margins and departments matter most, and where your enquiries come from today.
-
Audit the site and stock feed
We check how your inventory system shapes your website, then find what is holding visibility back.
-
Prioritise the opportunities
A plan focused on the makes, models and locations most likely to produce profitable sales.
-
Deliver and measure
We make the changes in-house and report on enquiries, adjusting as stock and demand shift.
What clients say
We managed to smash our target visits in only 5 months since the website was launched. Coming from beginners in Analytics, I didn’t feel uneasy and nothing was any trouble. The communication within the team was always prompt and we were always met with a smile and all our questions were answered. Very happy with the service.

Can SEO compete with the big vehicle marketplaces?
Marketplaces will always take a share of searches. SEO gives you a second route to buyers that you control: your own make, model and location pages, your reviews and your brand. Many dealers use both, and we help you see which produces better quality enquiries for the money.
What happens to our SEO when a vehicle sells?
That depends on your stock system. Handled badly, sold vehicles leave dead pages and lost visibility. We look at how listings are created and removed, then build stronger model and category pages that keep ranking whatever is on the forecourt.
How long before we see results?
SEO is a long-term channel. Initial improvements often show within three to six months, but that depends on competition, your starting point and how much of the work is technical. We agree realistic goals at the start and report honestly on progress.
Do you work with commercial vehicle dealers?
Yes. Truck, van and specialist vehicle buyers search differently from car buyers, often by specification and often from further afield, including overseas. We plan keywords and content around those buyers.
Do you have fixed SEO packages for dealerships?
We scope work around your goals rather than a fixed menu. Some dealers need technical fixes first, others need content or local visibility for several sites. You get a clear proposal setting out what we will do and why.
